An irresistible Australian Single Malt with an exceptional nose of honey, brown sugar, apricots, sweet oak and creaming soda.
 
Palate-
The palate dances on your tongue screaming all things shiraz cask and opening up with big, oily malty flavours followed by sweet oak and subtle sweet red gum.
 
The long lingering finish coats your mouth leaving hints of sweet spicy shiraz and toasted oak.
