Our second Australian rum is part our our core range - This is our "Australian Signature Rum" aged exclusively in ex bourbon barrels at our one of a kind mountain distillery in Wondecla, FNQ.
Gold medal winning double pot distilled this golden Aussie rum pays homage to the history and origins of traditional rum production.
Born in the Queensland sugarcane fields and fermented with pure underground spring water combined with our signature yeast this is a delicious, smooth and sweet Australian Rum
Our first expression of our Australian Rum 'Distillers Select' is a double pot distilled rum aged in our unique Wild River mountain climate in heavy charred virgin American oak barrels
Distilled with maximum copper contact this is a delicious sipping rum with flavours of sweet oak and vanilla, dark chocolate, pineapple and subtle spice
