Aged for just short of 3 years in a 100L re-coopered Buffalo Trace Cask, the 4 seasons have influenced this whisky shaping into an exceptional Australian single malt.
 
Nose - Fragrant spice, ripe green apple, vanilla, oak and caramel
 
Palate - Sweet and Spice combine together with an exceptional balance between spirit and cask. This whisky exhibits true Wild River Dna with a beautiful oily mouth feel. 
 
With a dash of water this whisky opens up to flavours of malted barley, vanilla and oak with a lingering finish taking you back to the origins or traditional single malt whisky that leaves you wanting more.
