True small batch & produced with only respect for the craft. ELEVATION is a refined Australian Whisky distilled 2850ft above sea level, in a valley cradling the western edge of the Great Dividing Range in Far North Queensland. 
 
This spirit draws its name from the high elevation of the distillery and the unique cold-climate experienced here at Wild River ... not typical of FNQ but perfect for producing quality whiskies.   Malted barley smoked with Australian red gum and then slowly fermented with our unique blend of yeast creates the signature flavours and are the back-bone of this spirit.   Aged in a combination of ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels and re-coopered Australian red wine barrels, ELEVATION exhibits flavours of fruitcake, dried citrus fruits, coffee, smoked dark chocolate and sweet spice.
 
Bottles are 700ml at 45% ABV.
