Wild River single barrel Rum is a true small batch Australian craft spirit produced by our experienced brewer and head distiller Wes Marks. Fermented using our signature yeast, molasses, sugarcane and underground spring water then double pot distilled and aged in our unique mountain climate in virgin American oak barrels.
On the nose this Rum exhibits aromas of glazed cherries, pineapple, coconut, coffee & vanilla. On the palate this deep rich Rum opens with sweet oak and dark chocolate finishing with lingering flavours of pineapple, banana & spice.
Bottles are 700ml 40%ABV
