Tiki Themed Sunday Lunch @ Little Eden Yungaburra

Join us for a Tiki themed Sunday session at  Little Eden hosted by Wild River Mountain Distillery! 

Enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival then relax on the outside deck followed by a seated banquet with food flavours centred around a succulent BBQ smoked lunch.

This culinary experience will be accompanied by the Wild River team serving you three mini tiki inspired cocktails showcasing their recently launched Bush to Beach series. 

BBQ Smoked Lunch Menu

• Slow cooked Beef Brisket W/ fresh pineapple and roasted Chilli salsa
• 5 spiced rubbed and tea smoked Tassie salmon w/ fragrant rice and Lemon butter
• Smoked peri peri and honey Chicken wings
• Fresh peppery rocket and smoked chicken salad with apple, dragon fruit and crispy parmesan tossed with orange and wasabi dressing
• Thyme and paprika roasted sweet potato
• Chargrilled buttery corn on the cob

Beer, wine and spirits also available for purchase from the bar and Wild River bottle sales will also be available.
